What you`ll need: β
𧑠Darrell Lea Soft Australian Mango and Strawberry Licorice β
𧑠An assortment of snacks to create the feathers - we`ve used crackers, nuts, pretzels and grapes β
𧑠Half a brown bosc pear β
𧑠Edible glue β
𧑠Candy eyes β
Method: β
1οΈβ£ Fan out all of the snacks to look like turkey feathers on a circular platter.
2οΈβ£ Cut the brown bosc pear lengthways in half and place the cut side down at the bottom of the board. Use edible glue to attach the candy eyes and cashew beak. β
3οΈβ£ Cut the shape of the legs from a piece of licorice and place at the bottom of the pear. You now have an adorable and delicious Turkey Snack Board thatβs sure to impress and satisfy all your guests! β
